Instead of immediately reaching for your mobile phones, try some breathing exercises to help ease you into waking up. You’ll feel happier and more relaxed, ready to get out of bed and start your day.


3. Do something which you enjoy

In the morning, give yourself a little time to do something that you really want to do which could be reading, listening to music, or anything you like but all this with some time limit. You’ll get a boost of energy from doing something you enjoy, while still keeping yourself accountable and on track.


4. Declutter the house

Decluttering the areas of your house before you go for work ensures that once you are back home, you’ll be ready to relax or can do other useful work.
